Piyush Udiwal ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Naam Dhan mobile application (the
"App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use,
disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy,
please do not access the App.
1. Information We Collect
A. Personal Data
When you create an account in the App (using Google Sign-In or email registration), we collect:
- Account Credentials: Your email address, display name, and profile picture provided
by your authentication provider (Google).
- Authentication ID: A unique identifier (UID) generated by Firebase to secure your
account.
B. Usage & Sadhana Data
To provide the core features of the App, we collect and store:
- Chant Counts: The number of chants, active sessions, and completed rounds.
- Sadhana Logs: Timestamps of when sessions were completed.
- Milestones & Progress: Unlocked achievements and consecutive streak counts.
This data is stored locally on your device and backed up to our secure cloud database (Google
Firebase) to allow synchronization across your devices.
C. Device and Identifier Data
Our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect:
- Advertising IDs: Your device's Mobile Advertising ID (e.g., Android Ad ID).
- Device Info: Operating system version, device model, and basic diagnostic
information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Core Functionality: To display your progress, count mantras, track streaks, and
show milestones.
- Cloud Sync: To sync your progress across multiple devices when you log in.
- Ad Serving: To display relevant ads and track rewarded ad unlocks.
- Billing & Transactions: To process Google Play billing subscriptions and verify
premium purchases.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
The App integrates several third-party services that collect data to perform their functions:
- Google Sign-In / Firebase Authentication: Used to log you in securely. (Google Privacy

- Cloud Firestore (Firebase): Used to host and sync your Sadhana records.
- Google AdMob: Used to show ads. AdMob uses cookies or unique device identifiers to
serve tailored ads. (AdMob Policies)
- Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases): Handles payment transactions. We do not
store or collect credit card numbers or financial credentials on our servers. All transactions are
handled securely by Google Play.
4. Data Retention and Security
We retain your Sadhana progress and profile information for as long as your account remains active.
We use industry-standard security measures (SSL/TLS encryption, secure database access rules) provided by
Google Firebase to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access.
5. Account and Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated Sadhana data at any time.
- In-App Option: Go to the Settings screen in the app, scroll down
to the General & Data section, and select Delete Account (this
will only appear if you are logged in). Confirm the deletion by pressing and holding the
confirmation button.
- Request by Email: You can request account deletion by emailing us at naamdhani@gmail.com. We will delete your
account credentials, profile details, and entire chanting history from our databases within 7 days
of receiving the request.
6. Children's Privacy and In-App Purchases
While Naam Dhan is a family-friendly application suitable for users of all ages, we do
not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
To prevent children from making unauthorized purchases:
- All transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Store.
- We encourage parents to enable Parental Controls and require authentication (such
as a fingerprint, password, or Face ID) for all purchases within the Google Play Store settings on
their children's devices.
- If you believe your child has made a purchase without your consent, you can request a refund
directly through the Google Play support system.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new
Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
